I found a fix to this bug for at least xbox players. It might work on other consoles.

I found a fix to this bug for at least xbox players. It might work on other consoles. All you have to do when you get to this point, is go to the game menu, select “Quit Game”, and you’ll get two achievements. Then, once you get back to the title screen, just hit “Continue” and the next question will pop up for you.
